Mehar, is a Post Graduate in Clinical Dietetics at Mumbai, practicing since over 20 years, is also a Writer, Speaker, affiliated with IDA (Mumbai Chapter), IAPEN (Mumbai). Eat Smart Diet offers therapeutic diet and wellness coaching to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle. 

Mehar has also been regularly contributing to Times of India, Mumbai Mirror, Rishimukh (Art of Living foundation) journals & periodicals across metros in India. Worked across leading Hospitals, Cardiac & Diabetic Polyclinics, Health and Fitness Centers in Mumbai  and  Bangalore; such as Hinduja Hospital, Health Bite (Cisco India), Mahavir Medical Research (Mumbai), Republic Hospital (Bangalore)  and had the privilege to conduct presentation at The Other Song (International Academy of Homeopathy), Nestle, Gozoop, WIRC India, Rotary clubs, Yoga centers, Ambani offices, Schools and more.
